Renee/Bloom Cafe

The 5 star is for a staff member Renee and Jayme!!
We went to Bloom Cafe for breakfast and Renee was so friendly and accommodating!! Renee was so attentive to our breakfast needs and my coffee cup never ran dry.
Also her supervisor Jayme was very attentive and kind as well!!
This was the only good experience here at this hotel!!

Corporate meeting

Our company hosted two corporate meetings in the same week, both Andres and Alana were nothing short of amazing! These two are very passionate about their job and simply just wanting to make sure our company had the best experience possible. We would 10/10 recommend hosting any corporate events at Sheraton Orlando North Hotel!

Ask for Privi at the front desk

If you are staying at this hotel, and Privi happens to be working at the check in desk, you couldn’t be in better hands. There was an issue with noise outside my room, and he worked very hard to quickly relocate me to another part of the hotel, and did so in a very professional manner for someone (me) who really needed rest after a long travel day.

Breakfast

Jessica gave me great service and I appreciate it her service was Timely and prompt. And she even help me out with other things. Waking up this morning all I had on my mind was to eat breakfast. I was happy to come downstairs and find a friendly person. Who was happy to work. And happy to give me good service. Thanks jessica!

Very nice business hotel

This is a nice business type hotel but also good for family. Room is big and clean. The beds are comfortable. Rooms are quiet, not noisy. Front desk is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is alright. If you can book a room with breakfast, it's much better than getting each alone.
