A cool white atmosphere to enjoy an art business meeting in the South Beach district. Get energized, hyped and psyched at the Canvas.

We stayed at this hotel and when my fiance and I were ready for breakfast. We decided to try the food instead of going somewhere else . We were blown away by the full breakfast we received.

Trying to take advantage of "Miami Spice" we booked lunch at this seemingly new place at the Sagamore hotel. The menu caught our attention and just about every hotel in South Beach has gone thru an Art-Deco boutique (read: Expensive) transformation. We were promptly seated, hardly busy for Friday at 1:00 PM, and our beer and sparkling water follow right away. Lunch was another story. Even with a fixed menu, 45 minutes later not even a piece of bread to keep us entertained. As we told the manager to bring us the check for the beer and water, he apologized and comp the beer and water bottle. He then did comped the valet parking as well. Yes, he apologized, but the delay was not a surprise, give as a warning of any problems happening and offer an alternative before all this time lapses. The car took 20 minutes to appear, granted the valet people warned us ahead of time that traffic on South Beach was very busy.
