Guerdine and Rodrigo are amazing staff members ... super helpful and always smiling .. we really enjoyed our stay. i was a little concerned since south beach hotels are getting chaiotic .. the hotel is classy and have the taste of south beach.

We had a great time, hotel victor was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They offer beach chairs and towels along w bikes. It was in a great location we were able to walk everywhere. Lianet, Christina, mikel, and rodrigo were awesome!
I highly recommend staying at the Victor Hotel. Our room and view were perfect! I loved the location, we were within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, rentals and the beach was literally across the street! The staff was also very pleasant and accommodating. I will definitely be back! Picture is view from our room.

The staff at Hotel Victor was superior, they had good customer service, baggage handling for layover and service for towels and ice when we wanted it.

The hotel is located at Ocean Drive which was blocked for traffic while we stayed. that was certainly a huge benefit, especially when we enjoyed the afternoons at the pool.
The location is, of course, another huge plus.
The room was nice and new, only the room service was more average and we had to ask housekeeping to improve their efforts.
Breakfast in the adjacent coffee place was not the highlight, but it looked to be only temporary.
We stayed at the Hotel Victor over valentines and had an amazing experience. Super clean and accommodating . The staff was always happy and anxious to help. The beach was beautiful and we can't wait to revisit this hotel. The only inconvenience was they did not have beach rental of the chairs and umbrellas, which you had to rent on your own but they did offer free beach chairs you could carry over to the beach. All said, a fun and great experience in a lovely, clean hotel!!!
