at first was a little skeptical about the whole safety thing, being in the middle of a pandemic. Staff wore masks which made me feel very safe. Beach service was exeptional, michael took care of me and made sure everything was good with my time at the beach.

Michael (beach manager) was the best. Super accommodating for celebrating a birthday, making sure we got to make the most of our celebration. Very friendly and awesome staff! Checked in frequently and made sure we had everything that we needed

He and his team will go above and beyond to hand craft and cater your reservation to all of your needs. He puts customer service as the first and only priority when it comes to treating his guest. Had a wonderful day at the beach, Michael the manager took care of me and made sure I was well taken care of, anticipating all of my needs with extra towels and recommendations of around the beach. Will definitely be coming back with my family.
Hubby and I had a fun time at this hotel. Super colorful and unique- the staff was incredible and it was very safe with covid.
Food was so so, hotel is a little old, tons of children so not very romantic
