If you are looking for a Spring Break vibe, with a concierge that can get you into any club, give Mike Shoti and the Rockstar Suite a try. From the start, Mike was able to set an itinerary that met our needs. No worrying about what club would be bumping, what bar was hot or where the food was good. Mike took care of it all.
PROS: The hotel is great, but don’t plan on sleeping. The music is always pulsing through the room and the only sleeping hours are from 5AM-9AM. But hey, you can always sleep on the flight home. Rooms are simple, but the staff keeps them clean.
Service is outstanding, especially with Mike Shoti’s Rockstar rooms. As a consultant, I have stayed in literally hundreds of hotels. This experience was both unique and genuine. Mike wanted the group to have a great time and made sure he was available to help us plan the weekend. Mike knows South Beach so we always ended up where the party was hoping.
CONS: Music is always pulsing through the rooms. Although they provide ear plugs, if you need 8 hours of sleep each night, this is not your hotel. It is also inexpensive. You are paying for being in the middle of the party and top notch service. Summary: The Clevelander is exactly as advertised. Non-stop party, with a updated hotel that really caters to the guests. I would recommend this for Spring Break, Bachelor/Bachelorette parties or any group that does not want the party to stop.More
