We stayed at Stadium Hotel for the weekend as we were going to a Canes game Saturday and Dolphins game Sunday. Perfect location. Very friendly staff. Pool was ok. My sons loved the basketball court and football field. We had a very fun time. The breakfast was just OK. Its also nice to have a bar downstairs. It is what it is and for that its just perfect.

Stayed the night after a long day of driving. We are on our way to Homestead Miami Speedway for NASCAR Championship Weekend and needed a place to stay just for one night. Nice and clean. Affordable. Felt very safe as they have security on staff. Nice hotel staff! Comfortable beds! Loved the balcony and view! Stayed in Room 624. I would stay again if I’m ever in the area.

We recently stayed at the Stadium hotel and were extremely disappointed in our experience for the below reasons. We chose the hotel and to stay simply for the convenience to the Hard Rock Stadium, however would not recommend to future guests, especially if they have children!

Upon pulling up to the hotel we noticed a signage for long term housing available, a police sub-station on site and a security guard. This was never conveyed to us as the costumer upon booking the reservations for two nights. This made my family and I very uncomfortable.

Once entering the room, there was a very musty smell that was covered up with an extreme amount of some type of cleaning detergent or air fresher. We had to open the sliding doors, which were difficult to slide, and the doors did not have screens therefore we had some flies come into our room. On the heat/air conditioner unit, the word profanities were scratched into the paint. These are inappropriate words for my children and myself to view. On the ceiling above the bed, there appeared to be cobwebs or dirt from not being cleaned properly.

We went back down into the lobby to voice concerns and then experienced a woman being very loud, making a scene and then escorted out by the security guard. We were glad he was there to take care of the situation, however we were then in fear for our small children and as a family and left for the rest of the evening. When we returned, a state trooper was near the entrance as well.

Our positive comments, are the front desk staff members were friendly during our stay and convenience of the hotel to stadium.

Hello lmbialo,
We are sorry your visit was not a good experience. Our property is safe as we have 24 hour security. The hotel has a place here that our local police officers come and hold their meetings, grab a snack, and just take a moment to breathe. We like to accommodate our local officers & show support to our community. We do have long term guests that stay at our hotel. We advertise for it on our front sign as we feel there are many people that need a fast convenient affordable place to stay as they are traveling and doing business all over the states/world. We offer affordable rates that are budget friendly and fit many peoples needs. All other maintenance or Housekeeping issues mentioned have been corrected. Again we apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced with your stay.

Respectfully,
Guest Relations Manager

Stayed at stadium hotel for the first time. Raised their rates because of Miami/Notre dame game; beds were like rocks, TV didn’t work, and breakfast was only bite size foods. Food in the legends bar was good. Rooms were clean.

Room Tip: Very noisy rooms everywhere in the hotel

Hello Kathyk850,
I am sorry you stay was not good. During sold out events our rates will be higher than a normal un busy time at the hotel. We change our mattresses on a regular basis. Not sure your room number but wish we could have solved the problem when you were here. The free continental breakfast is a light and cold selection.

Respectfully,
Guest Relations Manager

A nice facility, very clean and I think recently remodeled. The bed was comfortable. I do have a few suggestions for improvement:
The breakfast is carb only gross. I could get better food at 7-11. They don't have coffee until 7am. they told me to make it in my room, but the coffee maker in my room did not work, besides coffee made in the room sucks. I ended up eating raisin bran but the spoons they offered were tiny. Chopsticks would have been better.

They do have a restaurant, kind of, but it closes way too early. The food came out of the elevator so, I am not sure where it was cooked.

Hello scotttM6281BP,
Thank you for your 10 day stay and that you commented and gave your pros and cons about the hotel. I have noted all suggestions you have for us and we appreciate you took time to do so. The kitchen is on the 9th floor. The food comes covered and on a cart from the kitchen.

Thank you
