We chose Bellasera for our wedding host hotel and for our reception. We had 40 people that traveled from Michigan for this event and everyone was completely satisfied. From the moment that we arrived the staff at Bellasera treated us like royalty; anything we inquired about was arranged promptly for our group. The grounds are stunning with the lush green courtyard and the beautiful pool area. All the rooms were very spacious and comfortable for us and all our guests. We had the opportunity to see all the room types as our guests all had different size rooms and all of them were great! We enjoyed having the large living room for entertaining guests and the nice screened patio. Each suite has a full kitchen so a few of the evenings we served dinner and drinks right in the room. The front desk and shuttle staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks that we experienced from ZiZi's was also very good.
My sales and catering Manager, Julie, was fantastic. She had great suggestions and had all the details set up exactly the way we had planned for the perfect wedding reception. Our dinner buffet was exceptional and the banquet room was very nice. We decided to move our entertainer out to the terrace that overlooked the pool and fountain area after the dinner was done so our guests could enjoy being outdoors. We had so many wonderful comments from our guests on the reception, and their entire experience overall at the Bellasera. Many are talking about returning to this hotel in the future. Thank you for making our wedding the most amazing trip!

We stayed for 4 nights at Bellasera and cannot find fault with anything. Our ground floor one bedroom apartment was large and comfortable with all the creature comforts anyone would need. The living room with lanai, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom were roomy and had good quality furnishings and appliances. Oh, there was a dining room too. (unused!). Supplies were renewed daily which was much appreciated.

We parked the car right outside the door. Although the situation is on US 41 we heard no noise in the rooms. While in the grounds traffic could be heard but not unbearably so. The pool, although not huge, was lovely with cabanas for use at the hottest times of day. Although we didn't eat in the restaurant,we did have drinks and appetisers at the bar. This was good and excellent value.

Staff were all pleasant and helpful. We were able to borrow an umbrella one evening when it rained. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We would certainly return if staying in Naples again.

We booked Bellasara largely on the strength of the rave reviews on trip advisor but to be honest we were somewhat disappointed. We could not fault the rooms at all, they were lovely, but the rest of the hotel was unremarkable. The pool area is very small and although the cabanas are a great feature, the hotel needs to address the age old problem of guests reserving them with towels for the day despite being absent for most of it. Without a cabana' you fry! We were very surprised at the quality of the sun beds......whoever choose the type with metal arms has obviously never considered how metal heats up in 90degree heat. I would be very worried about children using them. The restaurant food is lovely but there is zero ambiance. I didn't expect to eat my dinner with sports tv on. Zizis needs to decide if it is an intimate dining venue or a bar because it does not work trying to be both. Finally, location.....much has been made of the location but few reviews mention that it is on a very busy road. You can hear traffic noise at the pool. Before I got here, I imagined that everything was a few steps away from the hotel but it is not like that in reality. Whilst it may not be a huge walking distance, it can be tough going in the heat. We saw few people walking. It is much more car orientated than we expected. Overall, Bellasara is a pleasant hotel but nothing special in our eyes.

No need to repeat what the others have said. This place is a great place to stay...

One caveat, ask for a room AWAY from the elevators. We stayed in room 401 which was two apartments away from the elevator, we could hear the mechanical gears and workings of the elevator all hours of the night. We got used to it after the second night.

Nevertheless, this is one great hotel. Studio apartment had a great jacuzzi.

Room Tip: Dont get a room near the elevators

What a truly great stay! Traveling with two small children is no easy feat, but staying here really was as relaxing as it gets. The hotel lobby is beautiful, pool was great (steps on either side for kids/adults to walk down), and wonderful rooms. We had a 1- bedroom, and it was fabulous. Decor was very nice, bed was very comfortable; the staff does a great job in upkeep. Only thing I would change would be to put blackout curtains in the livingroom - was very bright in the mornings, so our kids woke up early! Also, wouldn't recommend their restaurant on-site. Food was average and pricey...if they improved this, you'd have the perfect hotel/experience!
