Description: A NAPLES ORIGINAL WATERFRONT RESTAURANT The waterside ambiance of the Dock is as compelling as its food. The Dock is a little piece of Naples’ history – in fact, for lots of locals and visitors, we’re practically part of the family. And we think that’s because we give people what Naples is all about – Bay views, great food and a laid-back attitude. Seafood has been a decades-long love affair at the Dock, an open-air restaurant overlooking Naples Bay in historic Crayton Cove at the City Dock. Here, we prepare the freshest fish with Caribbean and Latin influences; our menu also offers tasty salads and sandwiches, and tempting beef, poultry and pasta dishes, as well as innovative daily specials and a surprisingly affordable wine list.

Lots of locals here. Had the sea bass and it was tasty though a bit pricey. Despite the busy dinner rush, our service was great. Cocktails were also well done.

We have been frequenting the Dock twice a year for the past 10 years. Things have changed . Food seasonings are off (cole slaw, black beans, and more) just are missing the previous standards. Also, we ordered Sangria which had always been delightful. It came with fruit floating but no fruit flavor to temper the harshness of the very dry red wine. I asked
the server and was told they add only Sprite to it!!! I asked for OJ to add to it and was told okay but not appropriate! If you are going to have a pitcher of Sangria for $25, please don’t go cheap by adding Sprite for the fruit flavor. Not Good. Off our list.

This is a restaurant just a few blocks south of Tin City. It has great views of the water to watch the boats on the Gordon River and also coming in to dock at this restaurant. They advertise a happy hour between certain hours. But what they don’t tell you is happy hour is available only at the bar and only good for beer and specified appetizers. This is not listed on their website!
We had the Grouper and chips. It was very good and the views made it even better. Dinners were in the $20 range.

This was recommended by a friend who lived in Naples some time ago. I gather it’s a legend, always been there, always will be, everyone knows it. If you’re British and you watched those American sit coms with ‘that’ bar, this is it. Locals, beer, food, atmosphere, perfect. Oh and you can feed the fish in the dock which is great fun, and ironic ;)
