Great park right by town. Outstanding park for camping. Large sites, some concrete, some gravel and some are sand
All of them are welll kept and clean with the showers and restrooms being the best and cleanest in my 40 years of camping. Only a mile from a grocery store, gas station or restaurant's but yet super quiet. Nature trails and a large picnic area that overlooks the bayou.

We love this state park campground. We’ve camped here 3 or 4 times now and enjoy it every time. The facilities are kept in pretty good condition and cleaned regularly. The camp sites are large and most have some vegetation between them to provide more privacy.

We will be back!

Camp, canoe, hike trails. Quiet wooded park with picnic areas and boat launch. Great place for family fun.

The price was right and it's a nice campground. Sites are private and adequate size. The added bonus to staying here is that you get free entrance to Henderson Beach, but the downside to that bonus is that the round trip to the beach will cost you $8 toll round trip on the bridge. You can go around the bridge if you want to drive an hour each way. Still a good value.

Really nice park. Like most state parks in Florida it is maintained and doesn't cost a lot of money. There are all sorts of things to do. There is a boat ramp, a campground, you can rent kayaks. They also has grills and nice places to swim and fish,
