Came in for a conference, the location is great close to many things to do such as Disney, outlet mall, restaurants. It was nice to be able to walk around the pond and they have 5 pools you have access to. I received great friendly service from everyone at the resort.

One day into our three day vacation and it has been the most disappointing experience ever. Check-in was supposed to be at 4, and at 6:30 our room still was not ready. We asked the receptionist at check-in for a suggested place to watch fireworks and she recommended a casual, but pricey restaurant on site. Unfortunately, you could not see the fireworks from the restaurant, just a bit of smoke as most of it was obstructed by the buildings in front of us.

Our waiter clearly did not want to be there and looked like he had probably worked several double shifts in a row. It took 45 minutes from the time our food order was placed until it arrived at our table.

After dinner, we went back up to our rooms and found that there was no soap in one of the rooms, and when I went to call room service to request some, none of the phones were functioning. They did send a tech out to look at the phones, who arrived at our room after 11 pm.

This morning, I went down to the concierge desk to get assistance with SeaWorld tickets and two of the employees behind the counter were allowed the complaining about discrimination and how they didn't feel they were getting enough hours, and only one of the staff was actually helping guests. After waiting in line for several minutes, I finally got help from the gentleman behind the counter, and why learn through the course of the conversation work for Expedia and not the hotel. He was very helpful by the way. About halfway through my transaction, another guest came up to the desk and, rather than help them, the Wyndham employee interrupted my conversation and told the gentleman helping me to stop what he was doing and assist the other guest.

After the two employees completed their personal conversation and one of them left, instead of assisting guests waiting in line, the other employee proceeded to start texting on her personal cell phone.

It is very disheartening to learn that you experienced many difficulties during your stay. You clearly did not receive the quality and hospitality that our resort takes pride in extending each guest. We sincerely apologize that you were not pleased with your accommodations and service, and I will be addressing your issues regarding the condition of your room and lack of attention and service at dinner with our Hotel Manager. I will also address your disturbing experience at the concierge and ticket counter with the Wyndham Bonnet Creek Vacation Ownership property's Senior Leadership Team. We take your feedback very seriously and it will be used to ensure we are providing the highest level of guest satisfaction and customer service.

The hotel is extremely nice and in a great location. I was attending a conference which was held in the Hilton and Waldorf next door. We were able to walk back and forth easily. The hotel sits off of the main highway so there was very little car traffic around. Beautiful property!
