Hard to find but worth the Sits back off of highway in plaza that is not well lighted. Try something different and you will be happy. Good food at reasonable prices close to Disney.

Orlando is not known for its food (unfortunately). You can tell that simply by looking at the number of chain restaurants that make up the bulk of the recommendations on TripAdvisor. Instead of a chain, try this restaurant. It is a gem, and you won't regret it. The food is tasty, with subtle, interesting flavors. We had eggplant rolls and somsas (beef in puff pastry) for an appetizer, then lamb and lula (ground beef) kabobs, finishing with a shared honey cake, total bill (with taxes and before tip) was $41. The cake, by the way, is exceptional....not too sweet, just right. I left wanting more. Now that we found this, we'll be back.

We are a family of four who vacation in Orlando often and are sick of eating at chain restaurants on vacation. Found Atlas through Tripadvisor and based on the great reviews, decided to give it a try. We love Middle Eastern food, kabobs etc. The food at Atlas was fresh and light. We tried the dumplings, meat pastries, carrot salad, bread and the mixed grill kabobs. Everything was delicious and made to order. The service was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately their location was bizarre. Their restaurant was the only business open in this large Piazza Roma shopping strip mall on International drive just past Seaworld. Hard to spot when driving by. We hope Atlas continues to do well. The food is well prepared and not so heavily garlicky like Middle Eastern food can be. The lamb was perfectly cooked and the salads were fresh. We found it reasonably priced for the quality of food that was served. We hope Atlas is still around when we come back to Orlando.
