This is one of the most welcoming hotels I get to stay at. The valet service is great as are the desk people. As a Platinum Marriott member the welcome and service is a mixed bag. Not so at this hotel though. Always top notch.More

After a last minute change in travel plans, I was able to make reservations on a moments notice and was a smooth process! Absolutely loved the view from my suite. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I felt very safe being there. I would recommend to anyone that values the experience. Thank you for an amazing experience! I will definitely book with Aloft again!

We love this hotel (3rd time staying)! It has a unique, fun vibe in the lobby bar area with games & pool table. Front desk staffer, Nathaly, as well as the bartender (didn’t get his name), were both friendly and helpful! Great location if you’re seeing a play at Dr Phillips Center.

The hotel was very clean and all of the staff were helpful and friendly. They were also great about responding to requests in the Marriott app for things like housekeeping needs. Also really appreciated the complimentary suite upgrade with my titanium status. Would definitely recommend if needing a hotel in or near downtown.

Great experience at this hotel, the rooms are excellent, super clean, the location is great with lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance, and every staff member we came in contact with gave great customer service. Derek at the front desk was so welcoming and accommodating, their bartender, Julio, made amazing drinks, we trusted him to just wing it and make something for us off our preferences and he delivered, even their valet attendant (who I didn't get her name unfortunately) was super helpful when my husband left his phone in the car she ran and got it for us and offered to deliver it to us at the bar. We will definitely be back for another date night away from the kids!
