This is the biggest resort within Disney & unless you have a car getting to the Parks is a real problem if you have to reply on the Disney buses, it was normal to wait for 40-45 mins for a buses that are supposed to be every 20 minutes.
The plus side is that the resort is very clean & quiet but the rooms are very small, if you have to use the sofa-bed then it takes up all the lounge space.
If you want to be able to walk to Disney Springs then ask for room in Congress Park area.
Food on site is average price for Disney but not much of a selection.
We will not be staying there again as we both go fed-up of waiting for buses.

We stayed at Saratoga Springs for the first time. We were a little intimidated by the size of the resort but the layout makes everything seem much closer. If you want to be close to the action stay in the Springs section of the resort. We would stay there again. The staff was excellent.

Realizing that you do not spend much time in your room at Disney World, it would be nice to have more room for a family of 5. There was not a bed/chair as in Animal Kingdom Lodge, so my son had to sleep on a blowup mattress. There was only 1 shower and toilet but luckily 2 sinks. The grounds of Saratoga Springs are huge so there were at least 5 stops for the buses. This made for a long start and end of the day. The pools were really nice and it was great that we could play tennis with rackets and balls provided without cost. The resort is far away from the parks but a nice walk to Disney Springs which we did a few times. There is a ferry that also takes you to Disney Springs from the resort. This would be a much better fit for a smaller family or those without teens.

Room Tip: Stay at Grandstand because it is a short walk to the buses and is the first pickup in the morning and first dropoff at night.

Very serene and quiet. Spread out enough so you're not on top of everyone, but you're never too far from a bus stop or the main building. Close enough to Disney Springs to walk or take a boat. Turf Club, the restaurant on property, is delicious and a hidden Disney gem. Love it here!

This hotel is located at the Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa. The ease of registration eventhough there were a lot of folks checking in was very simple and the employees behind the check in stations were very friendly in welcoming us to Disney. This was our first stay at this hotel and it was a very pleasing atmosphere as well as great accomodations. Parking was no problem as you can park very near your room. Beds were great and everything was very clean and they have a great wake up call system if that is needed during you stay. The restaurant within this complex(Artist"s Palette was very nice and easy to access. They offer some great sandwiches and various flatbreads with assorted toppings.

Room Tip: Rooms on the first floor with a patio view of the lake. Nice and spacious rooms in the corners.
