The management, Shawna & one of the WORST front desk clerks I have EVER encountered at a hotel, Tatiana have no level of customer service. After a few guests & I were spending time in the "smoking area" we were told we could not be there for more than 15 minutes. Fine, we acquiesced, though there seemed to be no reason for the mandate. The straw that broke the camel's back was when we switched to a downgraded room, where the bed was broken & upon requesting another room were told we needed to take the next room offered to us OR LEAVE. We tried to speak with Tatiana, but she became angry citing they were short staffed that day & the information I was given by the manager 2 days before was incorrect. She then told us we "could take the room or leave". After that because she did not want to do her job, they asked us to leave the property & that they'd refund our booking costs, which has not happened. After speaking to other guests, they confirmed Tatiana was not friendly nor helpful, stating she didn't want to be bothered to do her job or help guests. FOR YOUR SAKE, DON'T STAY HERE. After I tried to approach Tatiana one more time staying we preferred a different room, she told me to "Skate bruh." COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Also, the area is horrific, surrounded by drug addicts & hookers. If you value your family, PLEASE read this & don't stay at this location!
This is the worst hotel I have stayed in , in 30 years. Cockroaches, in the first room- , they switched us and compt the first night. But this kind of experience cannot be erased by 1 free night/ We could not move during the convention suitcases open and just to much of a waste of time- In the second room - broken toilet seat that took 3 days to get fixed- rusty crusty door frames, the place is a disaster. Do not stay here- I will also report to Red Roof Corporate and Hotels.com
Great service. Location right next to i4 so it’s easy to find. The front desk clerk was very kind and helpful. Security is on point at night, so it makes you feel at ease. The housekeeping is friendly and did not mind giving extra towels.
Front desk staff excellent! I travel often and I love when I can arrive to a location and my transitions are seamless. I would recommend this location for business professionals with unexpected layovers in the Orlando area.
