Prompt and friendly service. Its always hard deciding what we want, but it's all good. We love that the kids menu is more than hot dog, grilled cheese, hamburger or chicken tenders. Our 7 year old got the kids grilled salmon and our 4 hear old got the kids chicken quesadilla. Our dishes didn't disappoint either. Love that they have a family restroom too. My 7 year old doesn't like going to the women's room so this was nice.

Whenever we're in PBG we go there (me and my wife). Love their Kobe burger. Obviously there's no need to say which dessert to order.

We entered this venue and asked for a table for four and much to our surprise we were seated immediately. That was the highlight of the evening. It took 15 minutes and our request for a server before we were acknowledged. By the way, this was a Wednesday evening about 7:30. There were only six tables inside and two tables outside occupied. Drinks were ordered. It took twenty minutes for them to arrive. One of our party ordered coffee that was served luke warm. Dinner was ordered. Two omelets and two bowels of cream of mushroom soup. Another twenty minutes for our food to arrive. Remember only eight total tables occupied. We asked for a second order of bread from on of the servers. It never came. After asking two more time the bread finally arrived as we were finishing our meal. We were never asked if we wanted coffee and/or water refills. In order to get the refills we had to ask. Funny, the check came without being asked if we wanted to order dessert. When we were seated the booth behind us was covered with dirty dishes. They were still there when we left. Another problem was that the booth we were seated in was very, very dark. When we asked if there was any type of light for the table, we were told "It's always dark in here." We had to use the light from our phones to read the menus. Our experience was a complete disaster. Asked for the manager, but could not be found. This "place" needs an attitude adjustment and new management. There seems to be problems in the front and back out the house along with the management office. Will never, ever return.
