I was in Pensacola for one night to attend a concert at the Saegner. Hotel is in a great location and I was able to walk to the concert, restaurants/lounges and shops. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.. I was amazed at the quality of the breakfast items. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Pensacola.More

Awesome. Two blocks the venue, super centrally located. Staff was awesome, breakfast was great, room had a great view of the bay. Super reasonable nightly room rate also! Well done team! Keep up the good work!

Great location, Loved the popcorn & cookies upon arrival. All staff very professional and friendly. Spacious rooms. Clean , like new property. They take care of the little things that most people don’t notice. Front desk even remembered me the next nite.

I travel to the Panhandle often for work and this hotel is always my top choice when staying in Pensacola. All the hotel staff are always friendly and accommodating. Just came back from a fabulous wedding weekend celebration. There are so many key ingredients that come together for a perfect event, and the choice of where to set up a room block for your guests is one of them. The Holiday Inn Express Downtown Pensacola was the PERFECT choice!!! It was central to all we had planned for… Thursday night baseball game for Bridal Party, Friday night Welcome Reception at The Fish House/Atlas Oyster Bar, Saturday eve wedding at Live Oak Plantation and Sunday Chill Day at Landshark Landing/Margaritaville on Pensacola Beach. It was clean, comfortable and inviting. It was perfect for guests’ downtime dining snd shopping . But, above all, the friendly attitude of the staff made it a REALLY FUN experience for all!!! A special Shout Out to Leslie and Jordan at the Front Desk, who warmly and efficiently took care of our guests from start to finish. And to Kimber in Housekeeping, whose quick offer to help whenever we needed anything was much appreciated, and to the FABULOUS Breakfast Ladies Gabriela, Judy, Rita and Vanessa. By Day 2, they were laughing with each and every one of our guests, like they were family! THANK YOU for being an integral part of a joyful and flawless wedding weekend!
