My team and I, four total stayed for 4 nights at holiday in. Downtown . I travel all over the country for work I seen every hotel possible from motel 6 to ritz Carlton. And you know what you get which each experience . Holiday inn was great clean as expected .
But the service is second to none . I have rarely experience this level of care and kindness. Even from 5 star hotels. Leslie at front desk needs a promotion . We had all shorts problems from credit cards not working to swapping rooms . She did everything with a smile and was so nice and kinda to my team and me . She made it a breeze and with a great attitude . Leslie thank you ! If I’m every in town again I’ll stop by and say hi.More
