Quality Inns and Suites is located across the street from Pensacola Bay and adjacent to interstate 10. There are numerous choices for dining close at hand and is locate less than 10 minutes from Pensacola International Airport. The facility is in a safe and crime free area and the second floor rooms have a balcony, most with a water view.
The hotel's rooms are midline and furnished with a refrigerator, microwave and flat screen TV. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the bed and bath linens spotless. The showers are hot and towels fluffy and welcoming. The first floor rooms each have sliding glass doors that open onto small individual patio and parking areas and is perfect if any of the room occupants is a smoker. It also allows for easy unloading of luggage. Great hotel, good value for the average traveler.
My only concern is for the disabled traveler. The good points are the door to the room, both exterior and interior, are wide and can easily accommodate a wheel chair or walker. The bathroom could pose an issue. There is no walk in shower. The bathing facilities are a narrow tub that requires the user to step over the tub wall to access. It does have safety bars on three walls and a removable shower head. There is a bath seat, but the tub is too narrow to accommodate it. There are no shelves to easily place items like shampoos and conditioners nor is there any anti slip mats in the bottom of the tub.
My only other issues are no elevators to access the second floor rooms and patrons must carry their luggage up two flights of stairs and the doors to enter the building are equipped with self closures as are the room doors. These door are a difficult to hold open while maneuvering luggage.
I did enjoy my stay and would recommend this hotel for price, location and cleanliness.

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your stay with us. We are happy to hear that you did enjoy your visit with us. We do have a limited number of rooms that have roll in showers. If we have them available we are more than happy to move rooms. Right now we are working on getting an elevator. We do hope that you will stop in and visit us again next time you are in our area.

If you want a good night sleep in a bit dated but very clean hotel stop here. Friendly staff and nice complimentary breakfast. Disregard negative comments and see for yourself. A giant plus for the free USA Today newspaper.

I had a pleasant stay here. very large breakfast bar. good and comfy bed. fridge was more of an ice machine, lol...
overall I like the stay. even that my door locks batteries died. but didn't had to wait long for maintenance to show up and get me in!

can't hear any noise from the bordering rooms. I walked passed one and the TV was clearly heard at the hallway door, but couldn't hear it in my room

Room tip: southside rooms are facing a wooded area!

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Water damage all over the ceilings. The mattress on the pullout couch was broken down and had blood stains all over it. The sheets on the beds had multiple holes. The sitting area chair had a piece of sharp metal sticking out from the side that could have easily gashed a leg. The walls were stained and gross. We walked in and smelled that nasty, dank, mildew smell. Carpets were gross. Turned on the AC and left for several hours. Came back to carpet that was totally soaked because of a malfunctioning AC, so we had to turn it off. The beds are uncomfortable and the pillows stink. We left feeling like we needed showers (even after showering there) and that our luggage needed washed. No manager on site. We’ve called multiple times since we stayed there on Oct 12, 2019, and the manager refuses to take our calls or call us back. We have not even been able to speak to a manager at all.

I was forced to evacuate my home during hurricane Dorian and booked a trip 9/2-9/4. The hurricane slowed down giving us more time to prepare, so I called the front desk to cancel 9/2 and keep 9/3-9/4...the front desk woman said "your all set". We show up on 9/3 after driving over 6 hours to be told they have NO reservation under my name. I provided my confirmation number and she also couldn't find the reservation. Thankfully, I thought, she had a room and made a new reservation for a higher price than I originally had booked at...but I took it as I had no other choice and was thankful to have a place to stay after being told to leave my own home. I had a pleasant stay overall; however, upon return home I found I was charged for a no show for the first booking (that I wanted to keep, but they couldn't find) along with my new booking the woman had made when she told me I had no prior booking. So conveniently they booked me a new reservation so that they could also charge the no show fee, when I clearly had called to cancel the first night. WHY WOULD I HAVE TWO RESERVATIONS and WHY WOULD I WANT TO PAY MORE FOR THE SECOND reservation. And the hotel GM, Deep Brar and the Guest Relations Manager, Ashley have flat out refused to speak to me on the phone, never return calls or emails...but just flat out denied refunding the no show fee. And I saw this has occurred to others prior to me, so beware of your reservations here. Very poor choice by management!!

Thank you for taking the time to comment about your stay. We are sorry we failed to meet your expectations. Our records show that you failed to cancel a reservation on 9/2 which resulted in a no show fee which is nonrefundable. If you would have called Expedia to cancel your reservation or move the date the no show would have never happened and the no show fee wouldn't have been charged. When you showed up the next day that reservation was no longer available due to failing to cancel it or move the reservation dates which is why another reservation had to be made. We hope this clears up any confusing. We invite you back to give us another try.
