The Hyatt beds are heavenly and the main reason we look for this hotel when traveling but the amenities are always a little more elegant than the other chains. Breakfast includes a nice variety of choices and the location is great. More

It was a very nice, and clean hotel. The staff was super friendly. Even though it was by an airport, we did not hear a single plane go by! They accommodated my big family of 6, as well as our three dogs without a hitch.

Out of the 4 opportunities during our stay, housekeeping only arrived 1 time. That one time they took the towels and bath mat did not replace either. I had to stop at the front desk and request 2 bath towels and a rug. Then I had to wait for hours because “the towels were being washed”. Really, a 6 story hotel doesn’t have 2 spare towels! Today, day four I stopped by the front desk and requested housekeeping because we had no clean towels nor toiletries. He assured me “he would try”. I asked him to “try his best”!
When we returned 8 hours later the room was untouched.
There are too many hotel choices to be treated this way. I will be sure to share my experience with other travelers.

While the hotel is in a great location with many good amenities it was in need of some maintenance. Once these issues are resolved in the room we were in it would rate a 10. Every one of the staff that we engaged with was friendly and helpful.

My son and I were staying at the hotel because of a family emergency. After a week, I was in the elevator when Tammy Meadows got in with me. She said "how are you today". I said not good. My daughter is getting a brain biopsy today and we have been asked to leave the hotel because the Blue Angels are coming. She said "that is not going to happen". Because of her we were able to stay a few more days.

Staff very friending, professional, helpful. Hotel needs a little work since the hurricanes but the rooms and lobby are clean, special needs are accommodated. Easy to check-in and out. No hidden charges.
