Congenial welcoming registration desk staff. Housekeeping staff seemed to do their job well. Beds were excellent. Breakfast seemed predictable Hampton Inn. The breakfast attendant was pleasant and helpful. Lighting is dim--in the interests of economy, the bathroom lighting was particularly lacking and simply dim. No bathroom exhaust fan. Sound proofing between floors is not good. We stayed 3 nights and for 2 of those nights the residents above were walking, talking, and evidently throwing a ball to their dog which disturbed our efforts to sleep.

Easy check in, clean updated rooms, & adequate breakfast. Cute waffle machine! Forget the requirements to write 200 words. This is the 2nd time you have sent this & I filled it out! I guess the first review wasn’t 200 words, so forget it; it’s not worth my time.

The Hotel was decent for our 3 day stay. Everything seemed fine until we got home and saw the credit credit card charge. The charge was for more than our receipt so we called to get the difference refunded. The lady that we spoke to literally said "it's only $$" difference what does it matter. It matters because if you do this 2-3 times a day or a week how much does this "only" difference add up to. Very hateful not the proper response. Still pending a call back to resolve the issue.
