this was a great place to stay. the rooms were nice n they were clean. the staff was super nice n the maintenance gave towels as needed/requested so that was nice. it’s 5 min from downtown n 15 min from the beach. the breakfast is okie there is a list u can choose from. the stafff is really nice n very helpful. the vending machines n ice machine on the first floor were convenient. the pool is open n it’s nice n clean. We were in town for a dance competition. This hotel was in our price range and we had a pleasant experience overall. There was one issue with our original room but hotel staff handled the situation quickly and professionally and to my satisfaction.

We rented a room this past weekend for a girls trip. The pictures of the hotel are not accurate. The lobby was nice, but our room was not what the pictures showed. The bathroom was filthy. The room was an older room, and everything needed a deep cleaning. The bathroom light would randomly come on during the night. We ended up leaving a day early even though we paid for 2 nights. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

The pictures are not what you get! The place is dirty and unkept. The pool had dirty disgusting water. The room had rotting wood and peeling paint. There was garbage in the walkways. The television was crooked on the wall, and looked like it was going to fall off. And no elevator to a third floor room. STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!!

I spent most of the evening trying to find a place to stay before finding this place. The front desk staff was very pleasant and had the face masks on. They checked me in quickly and even searched for places for me to eat. Rooms are simple but clean.

If you go to Pensacola with family this hotel is not for you. The service terrible, the room disgusting. I had to canceled and moving to another decent hotel. I am never experience a hotel like this one.
