Great location and nice big roomy room with kitchen and bar. Big bed and Wide screen TV. I was given the room i requested...on the end of a hallway. My traveling companion for 3792 miles liked the room too. Close to exit door and ramp. Pua is a very persnickety pig...that likes things just right. Plenty of nearby grass and grounds to roam on. What he didn’t like was the 100$ pet fee they charged for him after we left.

We were in Pensacola for 2 nights at the downtown Residence Inn. The hotel is clean, the rooms are pleasant & comfortable and the staff is doing everything they can to keep everyone safe during the Covid Crisis. Orlando at check-in very efficient was more than accommodating. LaTonia at breakfast was always smiling and made sure we had just what we wanted for breakfast. All RI employees we met were extremely pleasant. There’s a wonderful Veteran’s Park just behind the hotel. It’s a great place to honor our veterans and enjoy the beauty of the park while walking the trails and admiring a beautiful view of the bay. There are some excellent restaurants also within walking distance. If we are in Pensacola again we will be returning to the Residence Inn.

I was in need of a clean pleasant and safe place to stay for a week while my husband was in Baptist Hospital for bypass surgery.
Thanks to outstanding Management and Staff I found everything I needed...and more...at The Residence Inn on Chase. Not only was my suite homey to return to each day the staff kept me lifted up with concern for both me and my husband.
I am not a novice traveler and have experienced hotel hospitality both domestically and internationally. This hotel and staff were exceptional.
For anyone looking for convenience to the hospital it was easy...one right turn...one left turn...one more right turn...you are there.
Re the suite: plenty of even flow hot water...everything I needed in the kitchenette...clothes storage...a very nice dressing area...comfortable furniture and bedding.
Not to mention anything and everything you could want on the breakfast buffet each morning. And an excellent happy hour several nights a week.
Staff...my sincerest thanks to each and every one of you for helping me get through a very difficult time. You were such a blessing in my life. Maybe someone else is looking for the same pleasant accommodations and comfort you provide so well.
