It is not a clean property. Very dated and is not pleasant. Needs major work and/or replacement. Very dirty and not up to standards of other local hotels. I love LQ but this property is not is good shape. The lobby stinks of some smell and they try to mask it with cleaning products.

Filth and bedding smelled and was dirty. Sheets were discolored in places. I’ve never seen a place like this. Wouldn’t let my dog stay there. Staff was non caring. Review wants 200 characters. I don’t have any more to give. Do stay there.
Nice facility for short visit. Will consider it for next year's visit. Hoping breakfast improves. Hoping they complete their remodeling. Pleasant staff that did what they could to accommodate. Hopefully staff size increases next visit.
For the next 9 months are making trips to oversee a project so I wanted an economical hotel in the area that I can use twice a month.
The Good:
The location is great. The staff is super friendly (5 stars on this) The room we stayed in was small but nice and newly renovated. The hotel was very quiet (could be the time of the year) amazing hot water if you let it run for awhile. Breakfast was solid. Something for everyone.
The Ugly:
I have lung disease. As such I have issues breathing which is well controlled on medication. Never, ever have I been in a hotel which uses so much cleaning product. I think it was Fabuloso which is horribly toxic.. And the bad part was the (laminate?) floor wasn’t actually clean. There was so much product on the floor I had my husband clean them, it took several washes and they were filthy. So it appears they just put the cleaning product down for smell without actually cleaning the floors.
The first night was a lot of nebulizing, medication and hives.
Why didn’t we change hotels you ask? Once exposed the symptoms and reaction are there. I would have been stuck with those issues regardless at that point which is why I had my husband cleaning up the cleaning product. It was ok from there out. Three days later you could still smell remnants of the product but it was tolerable. The only other thing is the heater sounded like a train.
In short: I would stay again, but I would call ahead and request no cleaning product be used on the floors.
The hotel is sketchy. There are homeless people staying less then 15 feet from your door. Constant traffic in the parking lot but not a lot of guest. Seems like those who were staying there were doing drug deals. Lots of people coming and going from one room. The front desk staff called my room as soon as I got settled to check on me to say if I needed anything and have a pleasant night sleep BUT the way he said it was soooo creepy. I had to check for cameras. I slept 2 hours and left. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone
Nothing fancy but no complaints. The staff were all positive and professional. The breakfast was actual food and well-prepared and refilled/replaced as needed so as to keep fresh over the time it was available.
