I had the worst first impression
After I drive for 14 hours 2 families 4 young kids and 4 teenagers
I stop at 12:30 noon to check if we can check in at the hotel
First impression front desk clerk was on her cell phone and didn’t even stop when we walk in she didn’t say a word
My first words where I have 2 reservations and I was wondering if there a way for me to check early ? I wasn’t even finish my sentence whe she said nooo.
She ask for my name that’s all she said check in was at 3:00 pm
Which I don’t have a problem with that but there’s manners and what is called good customer service witcishe don’t have at all
My check in date was 7/22/21 12:30 pm

I always stay at the Hampton when traveling, this location was not all that friendly as other locations I’ve used, I would say that not all the attendants would speak first but only if there was a manager on the floor when entering the or would speak only if you said hello to them first, now on the evening shift the guy that was working actually complemented my husband and I on our outfits as we were going to an family event, over all, our stay was pretty good

Service was horrible. No sheets or pillow for sofa bed couch. Only 2 pillows in king bed and 1 towel in bathroom. When asked, no pillows or towels, had to wait for 1 sofa bed sheet. The bed was like sleeping on a wooden box.

Regarding the non existent breakfast, lots of people no food or coffee and the staff very rude To people asking when more food available.

For $300 it’s the worst, absolutely worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed in as a diamond member. I want a full refund!

Staff was very polite. Room was clean. The air conditioner worked very well in the 95 degree heat. The breakfast was hot and very good. The hotel is less than a mile from the airport and very convenient to get to.

Smelled bad and they will not change my room after I requested to be changed I paid 578 and could not even sleep !!! Very disappointed I requested a full refund please it’s only fair as a honor reward guest
