We decided to go out for ribs on Saturday and because we’ve had very good ribs at LongHorn Steakhouse before we decided to go back. It was on Saturday and we didn’t get there until 4:30 and it looked like we would be waiting a longtime for a table. We were told it would be 15 minutes, but it was more like 10. There were a number of groups of four or more. We try to go early if we have to go out because the “Snowbirds” are here and it’s hard to get in anywhere after 4:00.
Our sever was Sholonje, she was so polite and helpful. We both had the Baby Back Ribs. My wife’s Rib’s where just warm enough, but should have been warmer. My Rib’s where not warm at all, when I bit into an end piece it was cold so I tried a Rib from the other end it was warm, but not warm enough to consume. My wife kept here, but I sent mine back. A short time later the store manager brought me a fresh order of Rib’s and a fresh order of Fries. He apologized and asked if we needed anything else? The second order was very good and more like why we chose LongHorn in the first place. We have a few choices for good Rib’s, Harold Seltzer’s, GrillSmith or Sonny’s, but LongHorn is very close. The store was very busy and loud. We had a booth and had a very hard time holding a conversation. I would come back though and I would come much earlier.
