We stayed overnight and can not wait to return. The location is on the border of the Historic Downtown District across from Flagler College in the Victorian section of the city. The home itself is wonderful and offers a very charming and special warmth especially the warmth felt from Glenna, our host, who made us feel comfortable throughout. The breakfast Quiches were the highlight of our visit...Just fabulous! Thank you...Glenna

We had a wonderful overnight stay and enjoyed the hospitality. Its a short walk to all the down town activities but just far enough away for a quiet night. Glenna was very accommadating and provided a wonderful breakfast. We will recommend this B&B to our friends.

This is a lovely B&B and those who appreciate what St. Augustine is about and what it has to offer will even more so appreciate Innkeeper Glenna. She is a fountain of knowledge going into the history of the area as well as her B&B. She's done her homework and it is all there for your to look over as you enjoy cakes with sherry or port in the living room. Glenna does not hesitate to go out of her way to assist you in any way she can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. She booked our reservations and even got us discounts at some of the local restaurants. We wanted to take her with us where ever we were going.
The home is is good shape and it's obvious much effort has gone into getting it into the shape it is in. The rooms were decorated pleasantly with fun, interesting antiques and other curiosities surrounding you. The bed was compfy and the bathroom clean with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. We were on the ground floor right off the stairs in the main house, so we had easy access to the fridge full of water and soda as well as beer and wine.
The place is located right next to the Lightner Museum and Flagler college. They are simply beautiful buildings right outside your door. Just across the street and around the corner is a breakfast bakery and across from that is an English restaurant. The street is not a through street so traffic remains at a minimum albeit the college gym across the street.
The living room at the B&B, as I mentioned, has plenty of information about the history of the area and the home that you are staying it. There's even a guitar I occasionally strummed while enjoying coffee after breakfast.
Our room had a back door that led out to the 'garden courtyard'. A cool feature is a covered area in the back corner with plenty of sitting should one desire to puff a cigar and sip wine as we did.
The breakfast here was good, I enjoyed the crepes equally as I did the quiche and turkey sausage. Always a nice way to get you started before you head out to explore. I only wish the coffee was ready a bit earlier, however there is a breakfast bakery right around the corner.
We will be back one day again soon I hope.

Room Tip: Larger rooms upstairs and in the carriage house might be the way to go if you would like more sittin...

This is a great B&B. My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and everything was perfect. Glenna was a very gracious host and very knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was delicious, she's also a great chef! The inn itself is located on the edge of the historic district, but don't let this fool you. It's actually a great location, it's very quiet at night, but everything you would want to see or do is within walking distance. If you're going to St. Augustine, definitely check out this B&B!

Room Tip: Stay on the 2nd floor of the main house or the carriage house. There's a first floor room that...

My husband and I spent a brief night in St. A at this B and B and it was at least a day too little. We will return for at least a full weekend next time. We were warmly greeted, our room was lovely and cozy and the inn and landscaping were all quite pretty. Breakfast was wonderful- still talking about those crepes!
