The brick oven pizza draws the crowd, but the daily specials make you come back. There is a chalkboard with a different type of risotto, pizza, fish, ravioli, etc. special every single day. The kitchen has a deft hand with the risotto--creamy but not mushy-and the day's special ingredients shine through, also. You can order traditional Italian meals, again made with quality ingredients. Homemade bread calms your appetite while you wait for your meal to arrive, and a great bar offers cocktail libations as well as the traditional Italian wines. Waiters are often Italian men with thick accents, adding to the ambiance.

Had the shrimp and zucchini risotto for lunch and it was absolutely delicious! My wife ordered a grilled chicken salad and loved it. Would go back.

I heard so many rave about this place that I decided to go. I wish I hadn't. I like to get a few things to see if the food is good. I wish I hadn't. I think if I had just tried the pizza I would have known not to try the rest of the food. Its average and way to over priced for the quality. Was really disappointed.

The food is very good. Service is good. Prices for drinks and food are out of site. They will not do seperate checks for groups of more than four. This is Venice, FL. where friends dine together in larger groups than 4 and require seperate checks. That is why we no longer go there.

Downtown Venice is a very pretty area with an abundance of nice shops and restaurants. It's a great place for a stroll.
