The exterior wall was all moldy and had obviously been leaking for sometime, The outside tiki bar was a nice atmosphere, very close to the airport, need some TLC, was here not shortly after Irma, but the mold and mildew was definitely there for a long time.

This hotel had warm water, cool drinks and very friendly folks during a displacement we had during Hurricane Irma. They staff was very friendly. the bell Staff grabbed all the bags when ever possible even though we had more than a normal stay due to the Hurricane. The Staff also did not gouge the guests and the rate was very fair given the circumstances. A great job by the Hilton PBI airport.

Hilton grossly overcharges for room they define as a Suite. Staff needs to be watched by management while in your room or you must remove anything of value and carry on your person at all times while you're out of the room.

During Hurricane Irma, I was without power for 7 days. On day 2, I was fortunate to find an available room at the WPB Airport Hilton. The staff was INCREDIBLE in making the hotel experience a pleasant one for the guests, most of whom were fleeing the storm and its aftermath. From now on I am staying only with the Hilton brand. GREAT JOB!

We stayed 2 nights for we were evacuated from our home. The service was wonderful , room was spotless and every employee was great. From the concierge , front desk, dining and housekeeping. We lost power on day 2 and the generators kicked in. Flashlights were handed out and the importance of our safety was the number one priority. I would highly recommend this Hotel to all. They handled a fully booked hotel during a hurricane amazingly!!! Many thanks to all, but especially Benjamin who treated us like royalty. Thank you all for making a very scary time into a wonderful experience!
