The chef at our grill was excellent, as was the food. No other word but delicious. As there were only four in our party, we were seated at a grill, our orders were taken, but no chef appeared. After a considerable wait another family of four was seated at our grill. We then waited for them to peruse the menu, get drinks get their salads and soup, and finally a chef appeared. If you cannot fill the grill table, be prepared to WAIT. The chefs squirt saki into the diners' mouths, and there is no control over amounts. The people at the table next to ours were extremely intoxicated by the time their chef got done preparing their meals.
