After reading about this spot, we made the trek out to Chamblee to check it out. So glad we did!
From a sincere welcome at the front door to great service at the comfortable bar, Chopstix excelled on every level upon our initial visit.
The raw oysters topped with uni, ikura and raw quail egg are not to be missed. They exceeded my high expectations after seeing a picture of them in Creative Loafing's Best of Atlanta issue.
These were followed by the $16 Super Bowl, a thoroughly satisfying entree of perfect sushi rice topped with sashimi and grilled pork, artfully arranged and plentiful.
To finish, we had some tasty raw oysters and sashimi of Japanese octopus, which was among the best I've ever tasted.
Couple with a cold glass of premium sake, this was a virtually perfect meal.
Can't wait to go back and sample the diverse and creative menu again.
