O'Neal Plaza

In the heart of old downtown Douglasville this a peaceful little square. Many little shops and restaurants in the area. great little place to just sit and relax or shop around. Many activities are put on in this plaza. To find out about the happening check the Douglasville website

Years back, long before the mall opened, the only men's clothing store, was O'neals. Mr O'neal was a hard working, intelligent , humorous, business man. Always a joy to see him. The downtown area, now renovated looks great with the brick work. Something Mr. O'neal liked as well.

Wednesday Wind Down is from 7pm until 10pm. Its so nice to just sit outside and listen to the different local artist. The live bands are awesome. Bring your food, chairs and just come enjoy a Wednesday evening.

This is an interesting and relaxing place to visit. Numerous events are held here during the year. Every Wednesday evening in June and July, there are Jazz Concerts called Wednesday Wind Down. It is also the site of the Taste of Douglasville. The fountain is relaxing, and it is historic.
