This being my wife and I's first experience with a bed and breakfast, we thought it was amazing!!! The cottage is set up cozy and very inviting, clean and comfortable. Parking was a little challenging because we were on motorcycles, but we managed and were successful. Mariah and Dave are extremely nice and very easy going, they make an awesome breakfast and supply some super snacks like homemade cookies and brownies....not to mention the complimentary wine that was enjoyable each evening.
We couldn't have asked for better weather, I hope others can be so fortunate!
The front porch is comfortable to just sit and watch the mountains during any part of the day. We stayed in the Rainy's Hideaway, which is upstairs from the dining room, has its own private bathroom and is very private. The "neighborhood" is extremely quiet except for nature, which is wonderful.

We will be staying here again for sure!!!!

Two nights at Henson Cove Place B&B bookended my Appalachian Trail section hike so I got to stay in two different rooms. Dave provided shuttle service to the trail, and I could leave my car at the B&B. Dave and Mariah have thoughtfully provided just about anything their guests might need or want. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and healthy. They provided evening wine on ice as well as a fridge for any food or drink you might bring. The setting is deep in the countryside, with ever-changing views of the mountains and a meadow with horses. I felt at peace here. Can't wait to return for the next leg of the Appalachian Trail.

This is a good place to go to get away. I really enjoyed the good breakfasts in the Morning. It was a good way to start the day. The hosts really made it feel like home. We loved going to the local vineyards and Brasstown Bald from here all close by.

We stayed at Henson Cove Place B&B this past weekend, and had an amazing stay. We were greeted very warmly by both Dave and Mariah, and were given a nice tour of the house. We let them both know what kinds of things we were hoping to do doing our stay, and they gave us some great recommendations based on that. Their recommendations were spot on, and we had a great time. The gourmet breakfasts each morning were so delicious, and I appreciated that they took the time to ask me about special dietary needs and then provided me with a delicious breakfast that met those needs. We especially appreciated the delicious wine left out for us, the chocolate covered berries and the snacks. We stayed in Rainy's Hideaway, which was super comfortable...I haven't slept that great in a long time! We will be back.

Room tip: If you want true privacy, choose Rainy's Hideaway as your room.
