this joint has been here since, well since the railroad first went by or close. they do a good job of keeping the shine on it though. do yourself a favor and sit at the bar and watch they prepare your chili dog. i bet they can crank out 20 a minute if not more. the chili is thin, goes on a spoonful at a time, not so much poured as laid on or anointed. you can feel the love though. they make a fine product here, take pride in what they do and love their customers as much as their customers love them. danger if you try to eat 3 you might not come back. never mind the train, they'll let you know when it's safe to go.
