Way overpriced for the amenities. At $200+ per night at a spa you would expect more than a small room overlooking the parking lot. The mattress in our room was harder than the floor and obviously the cheapest possible. The check in staff was very unwelcoming and at no time ask what other activity’s we wanted to add or how to find the spa area itself. For the price of the hotel/inn/spa, you can stay at a true spa around GA or fancy hotel throughout the State. Rooms are clean and well decorated but again not worth $200+ a night. We found that they close the hot tubs at dusk which is around 6:30 pm. Would have been nice to have a glass of wine and sit in one of the hot tubs while at this “spa” hotel. After arriving at the Inn/hotel we found the “spa” to ask about treatments but the staff was unable to provide a cost. The staff acted as if they did not have time to discuss the options or treatments available as they had a “long day”.
Hope your visit is a bit nicer than our last visit.
