At only five dollars admission, why not? The place has a cute gift shop, a very friendly staff, great educational information, and lots of different animals. It doesn’t take long to check it out but it’s well-worth the visit!
Be sure to pay attention to the exhibit about the effect of garbage on marine life. YUCK!
Loved it, but can’t get over the sale of single-use bottled water at the gift shop!!!

Thank Tawtay

We had a great tour here. It is small but has interesting displays and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Inexpensive. Nice gift shop.

A small fee is required for admission, but worth it for a very worthy cause. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and very invested in their little charges. Enjoyed the gift shop too.

We dropped into the Marine Science Center to see what it was all about. We discovered a wonderful little set of displays that educated us about the local aquatic life. We caught the Wednesday feeding of the snake and learned about some of the characters there: the tortoise who bangs on the glass to get your attention and Mathew, the sea turtle who wouldn’t stay still for pictures.
The staff were very generous explaining what they do there.
Highly recommended for all.

Small but informative. The staff were knowledgeable. It wasn't expensive to get and I'd go back again.
