It is your typical Marriott Courtyard, but the staff made it very enjoyable. Front desk staff very friendly and very helpful. Bar and grill staff were also extremely friendly and even stayed open late for us. Housekeeping also met all our needs when asked. We will stay again due to the staff

In town for six nights to attend the NCAA first two rounds of the Basketball tournament and to visit Boise, a city we had never been to before.

Let me start by saying problems do occur. That is not the problem. The problem is when they are not resolved satisfactorily. When they are, my opinion only improves. That was the case here. The housekeeping problem was relatively minor, but annoying. Shampoo not replaced, inadequate towels, floor not vacuumed. Fortunately I mentioned this to the head of housekeeping who happened to be walking by when we were having coffee downstairs. She listened, fixed the problem for the rest of our stay, plus gave us drink vouchers and complimentary breakfast. Great fix!

The stay overall was very satisfactory. The staff is very friendly. The Bistro really adds to the ambiance of the place. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed our stay!

Very friendly staff. The rooms are new and modern. The bed is very comfortable with nice linens. My room had a sofa in the corner with a small fridge, small coffee maker,
And a large, flat screen tv. There are lots of usb and power ports In the room, too.

The lobby is inviting and The lobby bar is comfortable with a small menu for food available but reasonably priced for a hotel. You can walk across the parking lot for various fast food places, as well.

The room was quiet and very comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.

We stayed here for a wedding. We were in our motor home as we were travelling on after. They gave us a great parking spot right near our room. We could get up and go walk the dogs in the morning. The dogs stayed in the rv. We walked to downtown and could walk up to the wedding. It also had a great courtyard to sit up and visit everyone.

The hotel is really convenient for visiting Boise State University and still an easy walk to down town. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are updated and look great, but the best part was the courtyard - especially the outdoor fireplace. If I'm ever in Boise again I'll stay here.
