Sam is the most helpful and welcoming person I have ever experienced in any Marriott Hotel. We arrived very late and I really wanted to get to our room. He welcomed, instructed, and got us check-in very quickly. Offered all bonuses to me for being the Marriott status I have without me asking. He was so refreshing. He made us feel wonderful we had chosen this hotel. Thank you, Sam!! Marriott needs to hire you to train ALL of the front-end employees nationwide.
The breakfast is very disappointing. The room was clean and very nice.
