Beautiful property and room. Owners friendly and welcoming. Best breakfast ever! You won't have to eat until dinner. Sits right on the snake river so you can open your window or balcony door and listen to the water run. We'll be back!

This place is right off the freeway but you wouldn't know it once you arrive. The main house has a great room with a beautiful fireplace, piano, comfortable couches, books and board games. This property sits right off the Snake River and is very peaceful. We stayed in the Carriage House because we were traveling with a dog. The deck on this particular room was very big and offered a peaceful evening. The main house has many nice rooms that we were able to take a peek at!! There is a downstairs that has a pool table and a large screen to watch movies. We would love to return to this gem and stay in one of the rooms upstairs in the main house. Would definitely recommend this property. Only downside we saw was we weren't offered a choice for breakfast. Found out after the food was made and our daughter didn't eat it that we could have had scrambled eggs or an omelette. To avoid food waste, it may be wise to indicate this up front.

Our first stay at a B & B and we loved it.

Room Tip: Blue Heron Suite & Canyon Suite were beautiful; Carriage house was nice, slept more people, acc...

The B&B is beautiful! There is a great room with a piano, many board games, comfy couches and books. The rooms are all decorated well. Ours was the bunkhouse- it had a bridle and cowboy boot wall borders. Someone has put a lot of effort into the decorations.
It is literally on the Snake River, so a lovely water view and some paths to stroll. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms are very close together on the main floor, but we had no trouble sleeping. It was nice to sit outside reading in the afternoon, watching the wildlife and enjoying the grassy area with beautiful plants and flowers. An update on the patio chairs would have been nice- they just didn't have the same care as everything else on the property. Nothing else close by, but if you want a relaxing retreat, this is it!

Room Tip: There is an upstairs with balconies off rooms. I would try there next time.

This place is a fantastic BnB. Great breakfasts, lovely rooms, nice view of Snake river flats. We saw herons, eagles, deer, pelicans, cormorants, humming birds, osprey and beaver. Very peaceful setting in the main house. Carriage house too close to highway is why some might be troubled. We were looking for a quiet place to relax on way from Glacier to Utah. It was perfect for our needs. Also convenient for trout fishing and for anyone having anything to do w BYU-Idaho. The big problem is no decent nearby restaurants. Rexberg (7 miles)is mainly dry, so an Applebees is best bet if u want beer or wine w dinner. Idaho Falls has good food options, but is 30 minutes. So, if looking for peaceful setting or proximity to Rexberg, highly recommend. If that is not ur thing, u should look in West Yellowstone or Jackson. Owner very friendly.

Room Tip: Any of rooms w balcony in main house would be great. We loved leaving balcony door ajar and going to...

Average B&B. The atmosphere is great. The service and food was very good. The setting by the snake river is very nice. Just a couple things could have made it better... crappy chairs on the room patios, ours had no shower (we knew that going in) but of course it was hot and humid so after playing 18 holes a nice cold shower would have been awesome, and the bed is very old. One it was uncomfortable and two, umm, adult activities are noisy...
