We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sweet Magnolia. The accommodations were perfect, the breakfasts delicious, the sunroom delightful and the location ideal. Thanks to Cal and Jill for making us feel at home while we explored Sandpoint.

Had won a free night at Sweet Magnolia in a silent auction. Decided to finally use it. It was fantastic!
Wonderful old house with all of the charm and beauty of the craftsmanship from years gone by.
Very comfortable room and each room has its own private bath. The breakfast was wonderful! Baked praline French toast, fresh local sausage, fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee.
The owners, Cal and Linda are delightful!! Very friendly and they truly make you feel like family.
Prices are very good. Location is great, you can easily walk to everything in downtown Sandpoint.
If you want to stay sometime comfortable, quiet, and close to the town center, this is it!!
Thank you Cal and Linda!
We will definitely stay here again!

Cal and Jill were so gracious and hospitable. True southern comfort in Idaho. The breakfast meals were scrumptious. Very clean and comfortable. It was one of our favorite parts of our trip. Thanks, Cal and Jill!

My husband and I stayed one night as we were visiting Sandpoint from Moscow, Idaho for the weekend. We just moved from the south (Atlanta) and were excited to see this Bed and Breakfast. We were not disappointed. Cal and Jill had also lived in the south and indeed know how to give southern hospitality. The rooms were really pretty and clean. Cal and Jill were super friendly and the inn was so close to everything in downtown within walking distance. Cal cooked up a delicious breakfast Sunday morning catering to our vegetarian diet. We would indeed come back and highly recommend staying here.

Room Tip: We stayed in the room at the top of inn with the king size bed (forgot the room) and it was lovely and roomy.
