A little haven on such prettiness and interesting displays. Worth a look. A great gift shop too. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Went with a family member to this museum. The top level has many priceless and rare jade carvings. Also quartz and gem stones were displayed. Everything was interesting and beautiful. Lower level had videos to watch and educational displays such as where crystals and fossils are found and how they are formed. Also a very well thought out gift shop is downstairs too. Only small annoyance is my family member did not like the kind of elevator they had, it had glass type walls and was very slow. Other than that it was great.

Great family fun outing with the grandkids. During a very short visit, the children were delighted with the displays, and the gift shop sealed the deal with something unique and affordable for each. This museum is moving to Oak Brook, IL in the next few years. The current setting is much prettier in my opinion

Who would know this small museum is hidden in Elmhurst. It is an amazing Museum of mostly Jade. Extremely old hand carved exquisite pieces of Jade on display like nothing I've ever seen. I'm told more Chinese nationals know about this than Americans. It's a great way to spend an hour or two if you are staying in town. My focus was not the rocks and minerals, you can see them many places. These examples of jade are not found in this concentration anywhere except a Chinese museum. Unbelievably intricate jade carvings centuries old.
