We came here a couple of times. The service was very friendly and quick. I guess it really depends on the season...
The restaurant is actually a fish tavern, although they do have dishes on the menu for other tastes as well.
All appetizers and salads were freshly made and very good, the main courses are traditional pelion dishes such as spetsofai, stuffed zucchini flowers, pork in lemon sauce e.g.
The grilled lamb chops were delicious.
We gladly recommend it.

We got to Pelion at noon after a long drive, checked into our hotel- Poseidonas was recommended by the reception.
We sat down, and were the only ones, as it seem the others ate lunch a little later. Anyways it was still a great choise, the food was deliciouse. The fish was really fresh.

We stopped at the Poseidonas as we try all the taverns in our vacation in Agios Ioannis Pilio. Well, the food was OK: stuffed zucchini flowers, an interesting and good local speciality,a sort of ratatouille named Briam (if I remembered the name well) and two other dishes; a bit pricey, however. As for the lady owner, she was definitely not in the mood for serving customers. She did the job as if it she didn’t want to be there, without a smile, almost without a word. We didn't feel welcome, so we certainly won’t go there again!

Been coming to Agios I. for many years and also visited Poseidonas many times. This year we came with baby and companion for lunch and were ignored from the beginning by the lady owner. The drinks were trown on the table without a word. The food of my companion wasnt there after 30 minutes my food had been serverd. Asking to the waitress if she knew if something had gone wrong she only answered 'its not my fault'. 45 minutes after mine the lunch of my companion was served. Without one word, no excuse nothing...This was the last time i came here. A Shame because the food is nice but service was beyond normality.

We just ordered the fresh fish of the day: red mullet and cod with a half litre bottle of local white wine. It was a very simple meal and really delicious! On a rainy day, the cosy family atmosphere was very nice. The complimentary yoghurt with preserved lemon was also really good. After days of heavy Greek food, this was a welcome change.
