We'd stayed at a motel nearby and luckily found this place for breakfast!
Great if you are travelling route 66 but also not too far off the interstate and definitely worth a visit.
I had the French Toast which was super tasty and filing.
Service was good and friendly.
Really nice traditional American diner feel to it.

Having Stayed across the interstate at the Innkeeper motel we decided to find this place for breakfast. Not at all a disappointment. The house special of bacon, eggs, american fries with biscuits and gravy were fantastic and the prices more than attractive. Not to be missed if you are on the Route and so close to the interstate I would recommend a slight detour if you are passing anyhow.

A lot of history, walk across the street to view the historical plaque with the narrative of the spot on route 66, weezy's part as a place to eat for the drivers of a major transportation industry at one time restaurant has a wide range of foods to choose from relaxing atmosphere and great service, a great stop along the route 66 experience trail.

An associate told me to be sure and stop at Weezy's when traveling Route 66 and boy, am I happy that I did. The exterior brickwork indicates its place in time, built in 1930s, and the interior has been decorated with historic photographs and Route 66 theme. Be sure and walk into the back dining room where you will find old signs on the wall of past names it was operated under. Tourist Haven, Village Inn and Earnie's Roadhouse to name a few are given honor and appreciation to for serving travelers in the not so distant past. The staff is upbeat and friendly and the service is fast.

We were headed to St Louis for the weekend and decided to hit as many Route 66 stops as possible on the way down. Weezy's was our lunch destination! The food was fresh, fast, and reasonable! It's bar food, but it's good bar food! The portions were very nice, and the price was right! All 5 of us enjoyed our meals!
