My family and I recently spent the night here after reading all of the great reviews. We booked a room with two queen beds and we had a total of five people (my wife, me and my three kids). The hotel room was clean but a little smaller than it looked in the pictures. Our room was on the back side of the hotel and it was very quiet.
The breakfast was fantastic! There was a vast array of choices including various cold cereals, french toast, sausage, scrambled eggs, American fries, make your own waffles, fruit, breads, pastries and a yogurt bar. My kids raved about how 'awesome' it was.
My only complaint was a lack of follow through by the front desk. Upon check in, I asked about a roll away and the manager said all I needed to do was let him know. When we returned from dinner I stopped by the front desk and a different gentleman was there and I let him know that I was interested in the roll away bed and he said he needed to clear it with his supervisor due to fire code. He called a short time later and said that they could allow the bed and said it was a small additional charge. I said that was okay, I just wanted to see the bed first (my son has slept on other roll away beds where the mattress was so thin you could feel the springs) and he seemed a little irritated by that. He told me the beds were on my floor and he would bring one by for me shortly to take a look at. He never came. The hotel was not overly booked nor very busy so there is no excuse for the lack of follow through on his part. Luckily we packed a double bed air mattress in the car. It involved moving furniture to squeeze it in and it made getting to the bathroom difficult in the middle of the night, but we made it work.
