Not knowing the area, we booked a lower cost hotel, although a recognisable chain, so we that we were close to the airport. The joy reasonable thing about the hotel was that the bed was clean and comfortable. The Receptionist couldn't have cared less that we were paying guests, She was uncommunicative, unsmiling and not helpful at all. The various doors to the outside were supposed to be security controlled only accessible by using your room card, but in fact could be opened by just pushing the door, no card needed. We went into the restaurant for dinner, but left after a few minutes because the kids at the bar had their music on so loud we couldn't hear ourselves think and the menu choice was limited. We had to drive around the area looking for something else and luckily came across a great restaurant called Mirage. In the morning, we checked out receiving only a grunt from another receptionist and ventured into the restaurant for breakfast. Having seen the options available we decided to have breakfast at the airport instead. We won't be staying again. If you only need a bed for the night and aren't worried about security, this place would be OK for you.

We arrived into Terminal 5 (Aer Lingus flight) and luckily noticed that we had to telephone the hotel for the shuttle because it does not routinely stop at that terminal - bit of a hassle to get reception via all the automated options, but the shuttle came promptly after we finally let reception know we were there. It shares with another hotel so takes a bit longer than the advertised 10 minutes (in fact our journey back to the airport the next day took 30minutes).
Quality Inns are pretty standard across USA - room spacious, well equipped and clean; bed comfy.
The bar/restaurant is very good -lots of seating around the bar and a fair selection of bar food and drinks. Good place to relax after a flight and before the next day's travel.
Breakfast choose is good, and it opens at 6am.

Room Tip: Allow plenty of time for your shuttle trip to the airport.

The facility is close to the airport and offers reliable, free shuttle service. Good for one night before and early flight, but I would not stay here otherwise. That's the upside. The downside is that the rooms are dingy and dated. Bathrooms are old and are barely clean.Staff are courteous but not very friendly. There was quite a bit of noise in the parking lot in the middle of the night, probably from late night drinkers.

Stayed another night here and received professional and friendly service at the front desk as usual. The room was clean and comfortable. Very good value for the money. Restaurant has very reasonably priced food and daily specials. Shuttle service to and from the airport is reliable and available every 20 mins. Will definitely stay here on my next visit.

This hotel is extremely busy, so it's hard to get someone on the phone. Their is usually a line at the front desk. Rooms are very small. No counter space in rest rooms. Rooms are very dark and "motelish." Two overly painted buildings (former motels) and un inviting lobby. The rooms smell like mildew.

The recording for airport pickup was in correct., so we missed the first shuttle and had to wait another 35 minutes for next one totaling our wait time to 1 one hour.

You need to wait in line at the front desk for a separate key to use the fitness facility. There is no pool or hot tub as stated on the website. You have to drag your luggage up the stairs because there is no elevator.

Breakfast is served from 6-9 am even on the weekends. Would have been nice if you didn't have to search for a sign to learn this. The clerk did not advise at checking. The restaurant service is remarkable, so it made the stay almost palatable. The location is right off the highway so it is near nothing and hard to walk anything.

Having stayed at the Quality Inn near Midway where it was brighter, breakfast is served until 10:30 am and they provide complimentary water bottles in the rooms.
