We stopped here are it is about 10 minutes to the airport and we had a couple of hours to kill. Our plan was to do a tasting and then head to one of the restaurants nearby for lunch. When pulling up you seem to be in a shopping mall and there is an ugly building out front and some chain hotels - you wonder what on earth you are heading to - but keep going. The building looks great from the outside - one you walk in turn left and go up to the tasting counter - we pulled up a couple of the bar stools and had a great chat with the 2 people working there - suddenly a huge thunderstorm came on so we orders a class of wine and the cheese plate and sat there for a couple of hours until the storm passed. We went on Sunday afternoon initially it was pretty quiet but after the storm passed a load of people came in. We liked several of the wines on offer. Some of the heavy reds were delicious as was the port. The people were very knowledgeable about the wines - they make it on site so you can look and see their set up. All in all a great way to spend a couple of hours on a rainy afternoon - just a few minutes from the airport!
