Hotel is nice staff is pleasant, rooms are nice too. Prices are high. It is close to downtown minutes away. Breakfast is nice too wish the menu had a few more options but it’s doable and good. Pool is great has nice workout room too. Easy parking as well.

When we arrived found a long black hair on the comforter and a stink bug on the ceiling it was a bad first impression for sure. It was a newer property but was very beat up and not well maintained. Houlahans next door would not deliver or allow carry out. Food was very bad.

Jeff,

Sorry to hear of your recent stay with us. We will share your comments with my staff and look to improve our service and cleanliness for future guests. We are experiencing severe staff issues like most, I will share the f&b concerns with our f&b team. The stink bug issue we battle every year. We do spray the outside of our building four times a year, most recently in the early fall to prevent the outside pests from coming in as temperatures get colder. We do our best, but do not win completely. Hope to see you again, please give us another opportunity.

Staff was great and service was excellent. Location made it easy to get to where we needed to head to and east to get back to the hotel. Any question asked was answered when we checked in, periodically if something came up and check out was super easy

Great staff upon check in. Was greeted, felt welcomed. Rooms were another story. Old chair in the room didn’t fit. Bed was not very comfortable. King room had a tub and not a walk in shower. Someone else’s hair still in the tub! Liked the walkway to casino and restaurant. Both were nice places.

Hello, thanks for taking the time to share your comments. I certainly will share with the staff. I do want to share all the chairs in the guest rooms are HGI speced and new in 2019, and all rooms have tubs and showers, we do have one room with a roll-in shower, a Jr Suite on 1st floor. Please let us know if that is needed at time of reservation, we would be happy to check for you. Thanks again!

The young lady at the front desk was not helpful at all. It seamed that I was bothering her and she didn’t have a mask on! At that point we should have left my husband and I are both vaccinated but after visiting that hotel we came down with COVID. We did go to the casino which was not a good idea

Thanks for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay. Our brand standard and City mask policy is masks only required if you want to wear one. It is personal choice. It mirrors Hilton's policy. This is certainly an issue that we will be dealing with for some time to come. We hope you are feeling well, stay safe.
