We had gotten flooded in our first room, of which the door didn’t work well, and then moved to another room where the shower drain didn’t work well. I’m also very unhappy with how much the breakfast cost and how nothing was labeled so vegan options were impossible to find. I also wish our room would have had a microwave. Not to mention the $5 water they try to scam you with because the $5 is so hard to read

We recently stay here during our granddaughters softball tournament. We used their app to reserve our room. It was quick & easy. We ended up canceling one night night because ballgame times were later. I called to makes changes and the staff was polite and very helpful. They made the change very quickly. Our room was clean and the king bed was very comfortable. We had a wonderful nights sleep and the breakfast there was excellent. Definitely will choose this establishment again if we're back in this area again.

Everyone was very nice and helpful the food was very good and cooked perfectly, the location is surrounded by many activities and also many of good restaurants if you are wanting to venture out and try .

Everyone was super nice. The room itself was a little dusty and the plugs didn't work in many of the outlets. The food was great and the bartenders were very friendly. Unfortunately I didn't have a lot of time explore the rest of the hotel.

This place is nice with a great location. Only about 10 minutes away from downtown. Check in process was great, but a couple things stuck out. 1: we got a roll away, and blue shorts was tucked inside it under the blanket. 2: there was food left in the fridge in our room. It makes me wonder if they really cleaned the room now...
