We booked this room based upon its reviews, despite having a satisfactory stay at the adjacent Comfort Suites last time we were passing through. The hotel is pretty and the room was clean and newer but there a few things we didn't like. The bed is quite firm, as I believe other reviewers have noted, and my wife had a difficult time getting comfortable. Not a major issue though. However our sleep was also interrupted by a car alarm or another alarm nearby outside which went off constantly for nearly an hour at 2:30 a.m. I looked outside but didn't see any activity, certainly no police or hotel personnel checking to find the problem.
I also was disappointed in the complimentary breakfast. I was hoping for biscuits and gravy but we got very crispy over-fried bacon with potatoes and scrambled eggs. One plus is that the popular Cattleman's Restaurant is right next door and if you go before 5:30 on weekdays a bountiful salad bar is included with your meal. Definitely worth it to go.
Staff was courteous and the pool/ hot tub certainly was inviting but next time if we're passing through, we might stay again at the Comfort Suites.

Located near expressway and multiple food options. Nice helpful staff. Clean rooms. Good breakfast with many choices. Pet friendly with affordable fee. Well maintained. Like this hotel under Radisson brand.
