Louisville is not only Derby, Whiskey Row and even «fluttering like a butterfly, sting like a bee». It could be also a place of pilgrimage for the steak lovers. And especially if they chose Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse. A couple of days before that day we celebrated my spouse’s birthday, and why couldn’t we proceed the same at Jeff Ruby’s?
In interior looked a bit festive from the first sight: pompous ceiling lamps, rich tables, etc. But we were there for dinner first of all, but not for decoration, and another thought was that maybe Jeff Ruby’s steaks had to be eaten in such atmosphere specially?
Then our advisor at that dinner Colin being in a formal suit gave us very informal suggestion which consisted of Angela red wine along with Steak Collinsworth, Grilled Asparagus and Broadwalk Fries.
As soon as that was a nonstop birthday we had been presented Jeff Ruby’s Very Own Cheesecake - so delicious! In fact we preferred having Three Layer Carrot Cake, but once that was free we hadn’t had a choice… )))
Top notch dinner surrounding by Bourbon distillers, fluttering butterflies and stinging bees.
