We went here for the first time and immensely regretted it. We were seated immediately and in a good spot then given water. 45 minutes later our order was taken. Then we heard another customer yell at the server on duty that night for being late taking his order, so we decided not to fuss at her because obviously the kitchen was backed up and she was quite busy as the only server. We ordered the "special" quesadilla and a sandwich, which arrived 45 minutes later. The sandwich was fine, but the quesadilla was horrible! It had way too much horseradish--who puts that in a quesadilla anyway? It's not a normal ingredient to know to ask for less of! We requested a burger instead. Then a boy came from the kitchen and said we'd be charged anyway for half the quesadilla. We asked him to tell the manager to reconsider charging it considering the slow kitchen, but he did not budge. The boy apologized for the waitress being slow and told us she wouldn't last there but we still needed to pay for half of the terrible quesadilla. Who says that??? We felt horrible for the server and were irritated to be nickeled and dimed for bad food. It wasn't even expensive, just the principle of it. The manager wouldn't even come tell us himself. Needless to say, we cancelled the burger and left after paying our bill.
